Institute Of Indian Interior Designers (IIID)

Institute of Indian Interior Designers has been contributing to interior trade since 1972. It delivers professional trade practices and ethics to its associates. Additionally, IIID reinforces the concept of interior design within India and abroad to encourage ethical design within the interior design fraternity and foster value-driven interaction between designers, traders, artists, etc.

In collaboration with IIID, INIFD aims to transform design studies according to the trade’s current dynamics. We are one of the leaders in design training owing to the excellent training facilities we provide. Our original curriculum combines theory, practical experience and industry connections.

Additionally, our IIID programs cover design basics, communication skills, workshops, and extensive learning of materials, colours and mediums used in interior design. They also acquaint students with creating ethical designs, including furniture and interior-environment control designs alongside building technical know-how.

Lakme Fashion Week

INIFD is the only student organisation that offers an opportunity to its existing students to display their designer collections at the Lakme Fashion Week, of which it is the official knowledge partner. Here, students exhibit their learning on the ramps. Besides, sharing space with eminent designers proves to be another memorable experience for students.

INIFD Classroom

INIFD Classroom features the industry’s top designers sharing their opinions. INIFD is the only exclusively privileged student institution associated with IMG Reliance, a name that expanded the fashion business with the launch of ‘The Voice of Fashion, a digital destination in fashion and design.

INIFD Classroom is a unique online platform that helps students connect with industry veterans. Students benefit from the veterans’ experiences and knowledge. Thus, INIFD Classroom proves a common forum for students and veterans.

Duravit

Duravit is a leading German manufacturing company that emphasizes creating luxury bathroom spaces. Established in 1817, Duravit has won many national and international awards for innovation in design and technology. It operates in 130 countries and operates ten production plants. INIFD has collaborated with DURAVIT to offer students access to coveted knowledge about building materials, technological applications and production methods via factory visits, workshops, and professional training.
